Hi, I'm Sara and I'm here to be useful.
I’m the founder of the Uncomplicated Business Lab, the creator of Selling for Weirdos, and a business coach - I grow businesses through simplicity, owning my weirdness, and sheer stubbornness. I’m a forever (not former!) teacher, and over the last 20+ years I’ve coached teachers, sales people, and business owners like you to create the simple systems, sticky habits, and flexible processes that drive consistent, functional success.
I know what it’s like to be growing a business while you do all the things. Right now in my household there are 2 teen-age-ish kids who are navigating all the things, a 70 lb puppy-shaped t-rex, and a business that will make more this year than last - and not because I didn’t sleep, hustled harder, or berated myself or other people to success. My business grows WITH my life, not in spite of it.
As a coach, my job is to provide the bowling-lane bumpers on success that will allow you to be all of yourself while you help your people and grow. Over the last 5+ years, my clients have used my Uncomplicated Business Framework to create millions of dollars in their business while also building lives they actually like.

**Refund Policy
I know you know this, but like everything in business, your results in the Lab will depend on showing up and implementing — as is always true, you get out of it what you put into it.
That being said, if you join and realize within 24 hours that the Uncomplicating Business Lab isn't for you, say so, you'll be issued a full refund, no questions asked.
After 24 hours, you’re free to cancel your membership at any time, and your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
